This will really help those muscle fibers break down even more.  This not only means it cooks evenly, but it also absorbs flavors better.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Press Flour into the Steak<\/strong>: Don&#8217;t just lightly dredge your steak in flour\u2014press it in boos!
